This privacy policy governs your use of a software Website (“Website”) on a mobile device, laptop or desktop computer that was created by Trivia Bash, LLC. The Website is a platform for trivia, game and sweepstakes participation. No purchase is necessary for entry into any game, prize or promotion hosted by Trivia Bash, LLC. During each trivia game a visitor may earn entries into a sweepstakes hosted by Trivia Bash, LLC. Following the game an entrant will be entered in the giveaway specified on the Website. The Website will also allow users to access a winner’s list for the Website’s giveaways.
Our Commitment To Privacy. Trivia Bash, LLC (“TB”) respects the privacy of its users. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to inform you about how TB uses information we collect from you in connection with your use of the Website. It is also intended to explain the conditions under which TB uses and discloses that information and your rights relating to the collection, use and disclosure of that information.
User Provided Information. The Website obtains the information you provide when creating an Account using your Facebook Social Login or manual registration form. Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to access the games, leaderboards, giveaways and member-only features.
When you register with us and use the Website, you generally provide: (a) your name, email address, password and other registration information, including Facebook information that would help us identify your gender, location, etc. We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Automatically Collect Information. In addition, the Website may collect certain information automatically, such as the type of device you use, IP address, operating system, Internet browser, location, and information related to how you use the Website. We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Website is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Website which helps us keep the cost of the Website free. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Website. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally. TB uses social media plug-ins and Websites to allow you to post information about TB and your activities on the Website on your social media accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. If you choose to use these plug-ins and Websites, TB may get information about your user name and profile. By using these plug-ins and Websites you grant TB permission to access your social media profile information and to use it in accordance with the terms of use for that social media website and this Privacy Policy. Any personal information shared via any social media accounts may become public information. You should exercise caution when disclosing information in these public areas, especially your location data, and be careful how you disclose your personal information. Content posted in public areas of our Website and social media pages, including advice and opinions, represents the views and is the responsibility of those who post the content. Please refer to the privacy settings of the social media website or Website to determine how you may adjust our permissions and manage the interactivity between TB and your social media account.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information.
We will retain User Provided Information for as long as you use the Website and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected Information for up to 12 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you would like us to delete User Provided Information that you have provided via the Website, please contact us at and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Website to function properly.
We do not use the Website to knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under the age of 13.
